Tribute, Matej Jan (2005, 2012)
You enter a gallery with a huge pixel art piece hanged on the wall. You look at the artwork:

Tribute, Matej Jan (2005, 2012)
To the south there are people raving frantically about it on Facebook, Twitter, G+ and Flattr:
The door at the side takes you to the history room with work in progress shots of the artwork. You look at the video projection, detailing the creation process:
You see a control panel with video choices:
You see Retronator, a strange masked man from the future. He explains the history behind the image:
"This artwork was initially created by Matej "Retro" Jan as a cover of Joker Magazine in 2005 and adapted into a poster a month later. However, there was a lot of unused space left due to time constraints.
Retro's life then took a turn away from drawing as he focused on programming. He graduated from computer science in September 2011 and decided to return to his old pixel art piece. In the following couple of months he slowly added in his more recent sources of inspiration to produce the completed Tribute poster."
On your way to the exit you bump into salesman Stan, waving his arms feverishly. He invites you to browse a fine selection of printed pixel art reproductions:
Stan explains: "Tribute poster prints are made in lovely California by the awesome Society6.
The Gallery quality Giclée print comes on natural white, matte, ultra smooth, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using Epson K3 archival inks. Custom trimmed with 2" border for framing."
Stan scribbles down a webpage address of the store:"

Available as posters, laptop and iphone skins, hoodies and t-shirts!
While browsing the shop you notice Retro in the back, smiling happily as he signs the last special edition poster:
Retro says: "Hey there! I had a local printer create a special print for me on canvas. It turned out so great I decided to run a little special edition, signed and numbered by yours truly, color corrected to perfectly match the digital version. It even sports a seriously cool black border to match your level of awesomeness if you own one of these rad pieces of pixel art cult and nostalgia.
These were a blast to send out to every corner of the Earth. Now, the edition is closed and I want to thank everyone for buying my first print. Your names are forever engraved in this html thingy!"
Below you see a list of all the amazing cool people that have one of these at home. Thank you all again!
